One wonders whether Raul Castro, the tyrant who runs Cuba, ever reflected at Nelson Mandela's funeral on the political prisoners he has incarcerated and tortured—

including Alan Gross, an American currently serving 15 years in a Cuban jail for donating laptops to the island's persecuted Jewish community.  By shaking his hand without apparently reflecting on this himself, President Obama gave the brutal regime a propaganda opportunity.
