Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions by corporations, foreign nationals (non green-card holders), labor unions and federal government contractors are prohibited. Contributions or gifts to Frank Scaturro for Congress Inc. are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. The maximum contribution allowed by law is $2,600 per person, $5,200 per person per election cycle, or $5,000 per Federal Political Action Committee (multicandidate) per election.
